Your administrator handbook#

These docs cover VoltexaHub 1.8.0, including hosting, daily administration, recovery, themes and plugins. You need an administrator account for the administration screens and server access for installation and upgrades. Paths such as /admin/setup refer to your own community domain.

If you are evaluating the software, see the features or install the open beta on your own server with one command.

Install and launch#

  1. Check server requirements, then follow installation.
  2. Set community identity and branding, organize forums, and verify permissions.
  3. Configure registration and rules, email, and optional spam protection.
  4. Run workers and scheduled tasks, rehearse backups, and work through launch readiness.

Operate and customize#

Use the administration guides for members, moderation, discussions and messaging, payments, themes, and plugins. Use updates before replacing a release and troubleshooting when something fails.

Develop extensions#

Build a child theme or a web plugin, then consult the full extension contract. Examples execute on your server; review third-party PHP before installing it. Themes display authorized data and never enforce security themselves.

About the screenshots#

Images show real software screens from an isolated local demonstration installation. Names, accounts and activity are illustrative. They are not customer statistics. Open an image to inspect it at full size; your forum names and configuration will differ.

Current scope#

Importers and social login are planned, not available workflows in this release. Payments ship disabled until configured. Ordinary self-hosted communities do not need the optional official-site software-access or customer-story modules.
